Who doesn't love Dr. Suess stories? Here are just a few of the more popular ones that I offer, all include some sort of learning activity or activity sheet, others include more... my wearing the Cat in the Hat suit is optional, but sure is a whole lot of fun!
The Cat in the Hat
Horton Hears a Who (includes my wearing of the Horton hat, and that's unavoidable)
The Lorax*
Green Eggs and Ham
Oh! The Places You'll Go!
The Sneetches

If I Ran the Zoo
Hooray for Diffendoofer Day!
And To Think I Saw It On Mulberry Street

2008 Read Across America Day is March 3rd!

Educators, you may also choose to have me read a whole selection of Dr. Suess for your RAAD, covering more stories than listed here, worksheets included. For small classes I also present community play, in the form of student involved theater, a “Horton” floor puzzle for pre-schoolers, or a Green Eggs and Ham game for kindergarteners. *The Lorax is a story, I feel, for all ages, but I also do provide more extensive worksheets for grades three and up.
